Before joining Singh Advisory, Ali was an Intermediate Accountant at CI Financial, a leading Canadian asset and wealth management firm, where he was involved in financial and management reporting, general accounting operations, and process improvement initiatives that enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function. Ali began his career in internal audit at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines before working as an Advisor at RBC.

Joe Natale is a Special Advisor to Singh Advisory with over 30 years of experience building and leading high-growth businesses in technology, telecommunications, and digital transformation.
Joe began his career as a software engineer and later co-founded a business transformation and systems integration consulting firm, which was acquired by KPMG. He held successive leadership roles at KPMG Consulting, including Managing Partner for Canada and Global Managing Director in the consumer and industrial markets segment, advising Fortune 500 companies on customer acquisition and retention, supply chain optimization, and digital integration.

Her career in private equity began at OMERS Ventures as an Office Coordinator. Within three years, her exceptional skills and dedication propelled her to a senior role working alongside the management team at OMERS Growth Equity.
At Singh Advisory, Priya plays a pivotal role in providing strategic support to the Managing Partners and the Investment team. She efficiently oversees daily operations and significantly contributes to the firm’s marketing and event initiatives. Priya is passionate about fostering a vibrant work environment that upholds the founding principle that having fun is paramount.

Anya is Associate Partner, Finance at Singh Advisory, where she spearheads the firm’s corporate finance and fund administration functions. Leveraging her nearly 20 years experience in the field and a keen interest in innovation and technology, Anya is focused on advancing our dynamic growth trajectory.
Previously, Anya served as CFO of a private credit firm, where, as a founding team member, she built the finance and operations infrastructure from the ground up and played a key role on the executive committee.

NiKol holds the position of Associate at Singh Advisory, where her expertise spans over six years in administrative and executive support roles. Nikol started her career in London, England at a luxury boutique real estate agency supporting the property management team. After a few years abroad, Nikol returned to her home town of Las Vegas and joined Simonian Asset Management as the Executive Assistant supporting Property Group. At Singh Advisory, Nikol will spearhead the day-to-day operations of the office along with supporting the investment team.
In her spare time Nikol continues her search for the best British pub in Las Vegas, is an avid reader, and a dog mom.

Thomas is an Associate Partner at Singh Advisory, where he is focused on deal sourcing, analysis, execution and portfolio company monitoring.
Before joining Singh Advisory, Thomas was a Senior Associate at MoonPay Ventures, the Corporate Venture Capital arm of MoonPay, a web3 infrastructure company known for raising the largest Series A in history to date (US$555m). At MoonPay Ventures, he led venture investments in web3, managed M&A transactions from execution to integration, and steered strategic internal projects. Thomas began his career in investment banking at FT Partners based out of their UK office where he was involved in a variety of capital markets and M&A transactions for FinTech companies across the EMEA and APAC regions.
